Chris is a graduate of Furman University and works in commercial real estate with Jones Lang LaSalle in Charlotte. Chris is married to Haley and they have two children, Pressley (14) and Locke (6).

Since Locke’s diagnosis, Haley has devoted her time and energy to making sure his special needs are met. The difficulty in obtaining medical services and equipment was eye opening and Haley realized that private insurance and Medicaid often do not cover the needs of children with disabilities. Unlocked was created to provide support to those children. Haley most recently served on the Board of Kids With PossAbilities, another local nonprofit that provides therapy and tuition for special needs children. She has also hosted a variety of dance camps for children with special needs and is the volunteer coordinator for the Charlotte Dance & Film Festival. Sarah is highly passionate about being a pediatric occupational therapist and understands that every child should have the opportunity to learn, grow, feel supported, feel heard and most importantly smile throughout their therapy journey. She believes that “it’s the little things” that make big differences.
